Data policy
In principle, you can use this website without disclosing your identity. Should you be requested to enter your name, your email address or similar, it is subject to your free decision, whether you enter this data. b&b Immobilien-Service GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations pertaining to data protection are observed. In combination with your accessing our website, data for security purposes is stored, which may enable identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages accessed). The IP address will not be used to identify the user and neither directly personal nor identifying user profiles will be created. The statistical analysis of anonymised data sets is excluded. The data protection officer is Marcel R. Schneider. With regard to your personal data, we point out in line with § 33 of the German Data Protection Act that it is stored and/or transmitted in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. As for the rest, personal data is treated absolutely confidentially and only disclosed to third parties upon separate approval. The use of contact details published within the scope of the duty to provide legal information by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly objected to. The operators of the website reserve the express right to legal action in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information via spam mails, for example.

Data collection via Facebook
The operator uses social plug-ins (“plug-ins”) of the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) for the website. These plugins are earmarked with the addition “Share on Facebook” or a Facebook logo.

When the user accesses an individual web page of the operator’s website containing such a plug-in, the user’s browser makes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transferred directly to the user’s browser and embedded by it in the website.

By embedding the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that the user accessed the corresponding page of the operator’s website. If the user is logged into Facebook at the same time as visiting the operator’s website, Facebook can assign the visit to the user’s Facebook account. If the user interacts with the plug-ins, by clicking the “Like” button for example, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from the user’s browser to Facebook and stored there.

The purpose and scope of this data collection as well as the further use and processing of the data by Facebook and the rights and the user’s setting possibilities to protect the user’s privacy relating thereto are to be taken from the data policy regulations of Facebook. Insofar as the user is a member of Facebook and does not want Facebook to collect data via the operator’s website, the user must log out of Facebook before visiting the operator’s website.
